Cart Recovery Without review page - 2006/11/09 17:50
Currently, my checkout flow is the shipping/billing page, review page, and then the order confirmation page.
I have read that if you remove the review page in the Yahoo store, your abandonded rate could go down, thus increasing sales. I would try this to see if this increases my sales, but I would like to make sure that cart recovery system does not need the review order page to obtain the contact information of the cart abandoners.
