You are in preview mode for the cart recovery service. Once the tool has been enabled you will be be able to see the details of those visitors that abandoned their carts, as long as they have submitted an email address.
Our cart recovery model is primarily pay-for-performance, whereby we only get paid an affiliate commission for successfully-recovered carts. For sites with very few dropped carts, we also have a pay-per-cart model, whereby we get paid a flat amount for each dropped cart. We use the 30 day fee trial for our tools to establish a baseline to see what's going on in your site and come up with the best strategy.
The performance-based model also requires an inexpensive subscription to IntelliContact http://monitus.intellicontact.com to handle the autoresponder/list management part. The nice thing is also that the effectiveness of the cart recovery effort can be tracked right in Google Analytics. We also recommend Intellicontact for the pay-per-cart model, but it is not required.
