Error message when uploading sales.csv - 2007/12/12 00:18I get the error message: Unknown CSV format: Items, etc... Also, the Google Analytics selection is grayed out.
I just signed up, must I wait 24 hours to use the product?
Thanks, John

Re:Error message when uploading sales.csv - 2007/12/12 14:53I received a message this morning that my product catalog has been slurped. Still no change, same error message.

Re:Error message when uploading sales.csv - 2007/12/12 14:55Good day!
Thanks for trying the Firefox extension! About the CSV import - can you please send me the first line of your csv file? send it at jleclerc at monitus.com please...
The Google Analytics section would be grayed out until you set-up the GA username and password in teh settings - have you done that? (The little cog icon in the top-right corner)...
You can use the extension right now, but some features might not work until we've imported your catalog in our system, which is doen once a day, during the night - this is what the 24 hours delay refers to...
Thanks!
Jean.

Re:Error message when uploading sales.csv - 2007/12/12 17:37After uploading i get the message (unknown product) I was able to upload the CSV. The challenge is firefox wants to open the file with excel. If you save from XL it strips all the quotes. You must save directly from the store and not from excel.

Re:Error message when uploading sales.csv - 2007/12/12 19:24Ah yes, I see now... That's because you selected the "free" option - in which some features of the extension are blocked. (including the Google Analytics" bridge)
So the solution here is to start a trial for our full service (you get 30 days free) - and see how great that can make your life! If you wish to start a trial, go to the "Your Tools" or "Your Billing Info" section, and click on "Start a 30-day trial"...
Thanks!
