More e-mail addresses coming in than sending out - 2006/11/21 14:45It seems that the .CSV reports I receive from Monitus on my dropped carts have more e-mail addresses than what is imported into intellicontact. I did have check validity for e-mail address and name/phone checked. I unchecked these hoping to send every e-mail address acquired by the cart recovery system, the dropped cart e-mail. Is this assumption correct?

IntelliContact / Constant Contact - 2006/12/20 19:10We already use Constant Contact for a newsletter service. Can we integrate this with Monitus to automate our cart recovery emails or do we have to use IntelliContact?

In general we are very open to integrating the cart recovery service with other third party email/autoresponder tools. At this point in time we think that IntelliContact has the most suitable feature set.
The main reason for this is that IntelliContact does not require a double opt-in message to be sent out when adding new subscribers. Sending out a canned "Please confirm your subscription" before sending the actual cart recovery message seems counter-productive in our opinion.
