FireFox Extension + Analytics - 2007/04/26 23:37 I downloaded the firefox extension and I'd like to mention that I'm really excited about it. This is very, very useful.

I am having trouble using the analytics part. I entered the email, password, and chose the correct account. The data is not being populated. I see the fields, but there aren't any numbers associated with them. I recently upgraded to 2.0.0.3, could this be part of the problem?

On the usability side of things, if I go off to another tab and come back to the store editor, it would be nice if the Monitus tool came right back up without having to click the M again. Infact, I'd like the tool to open by default when I go into the editor.

Re:FireFox Extension + Analytics - 2007/04/26 23:49 It seems to be working correctly now. Michael, thanks again for a great product. I'll be sure to put the word out.

Re:FireFox Extension + Analytics - 2007/04/27 17:36 Hello!

Glad to hear you got it to work, we will definitely investigate the issue you talked about.

As for your suggestions, they are greatly appreciated and added to our notebook for a future version... This is great feedback, thank you! I think maybe a setting that woudl allow the extension to automatically open whenver you are on a page where the litle "M" is blue would be a very nice addition and still allow people to have the non-obstrusive behaviour we have now - what do you think?

Thank you!

Jean.

Re:FireFox Extension + Analytics - 2007/04/27 18:13 That would be great. I'd definitely use that setting. Again, this is a very useful tool and certainly appreciated.

Re:FireFox Extension + Analytics - 2007/05/16 16:11 I'm not receiving Google Analytics data either. Could this be because of GA's new interface?

Re:FireFox Extension + Analytics - 2007/05/17 17:35 Hello again Bob!

You are not receiving *any* Google Analytics? Or just parts of it? Have you tried re-entering your GA settings 9email and password) - maybe they got lost somehow?

Also, the extension is still working even though GA has a new interface, because the old interface is stilla vailable. We suspect that when they do not offer the old interface, the extension in it's current version will stop working. We are actively working on an update, that will support GA v2 - I'd expect it to come out real soon... Before GA ditches the old interface...

Thanks!

Jean
