Trouble with Analytics Connector - 2007/11/14 18:54
I installed the analytics connector yesterday afternoon - 7/13/07
I noticed that today I have an inordinate about of direct traffic is is completely abnormal. My direct traffic is usually 10-20% of total. I have several weeks of normal Google Analytics data to refer to.
Also, all of the new traffic is showing a 100% bounce rate which is also incorrect. I have had about 40% bounce rate over the last few weeks.
Finally, I received an order today that does not register in GA,nor does it register in the funnel goal I have set up for the checkout process.
I believe I have installed the tool correctly, but probably missed something or have something incorrect as it is not working properly.
Is there no phone support available?
