Yes, I understand how to use it as a tool to find keyword phrases not on my site -- I see great value in this. However, I did not understand why MOST of the keywords the Monkey is finding are red dots. For example, it list "Flax Clothing" as a red dot but that phrase is definately on my site and it does turn up our site in Googles results. So I wasn't sure exactly what the red dot indicated. What qualifies a keyword being on the page, does it have to utilize the meta keyword tag or can it be anywhere in the site - text, H1, Alt image desc, etc.?
Here is another example - "Jan Barboglio" is a red dot but it is in my title tag on my home page.
