Sometimes shoppers start the checkout process without completing the transaction. They start filling out shipping and billing information, and perhaps other information, but for whatever reason don’t hit the “Next” button. Our service can capture such incomplete checkouts and provide the necessary important information (such as the name, email and shopping carts contents) to you so that you can follow-up with those shoppers.

You specify the time delay after which the checkout is considered abandoned: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, or 6 hours.
