| On 11/28/09 a bug was introduced into the cart recovery service that resulted in an email being sent to customers who have placed an order in addition to those who had a valid dropped cart. The issue has been fixed on 11/30 morning and the cart recovery service is operating normally. We apologize for the inconvenience to our merchants and their customers. |
