Monitus Tools upgrade

We are in the process of installing a new version of our tools right now that requires some maintenance on the data. During the upgrade, your account will not be accessible. We will bring everything back to normal as soon as it finished.

Temporary slowness of Monitus code

On December 17, 2010 at 1.05pm CDT, our hosting company Rackspace informed us that one of our servers had become unresponsive and that they had initiated an automatic reboot. The server was powered on almost immediately, but the reboot process and integrity checks did take longer than that. The issue lasted around 40 minutes in our estimation, when the server fully came online again.

We are very sorry about this problem and are looking at ways we can mitigate issues even faster in the future.
